My husband and I are trying to locate the birthmom (Elizabeth Ann Randall) of our adopted daughters who are bio sisters. It was an open adoption but the agency can no longer give us the information to contact the birthmom. Our daughters desperately need closure, as they are still hurting after 6 years of being adopted.
