The Bright Elocutionist Weds Mr. Herman

Miss E. Helen Chandler, the bright and talented elocutionist who has so
frequently delighted Ottawa audiences with her recitations and amateur acting,
and Mr. Herman Strawn, one of Ottawa's popular young men, were married at the
home of the bride's parents, on the east side, at noon today in the presence of
relatives and a few friends, Rev. Warren F. Day officiating. After a wedding
dinner they departed for New York and other eastern points to spend their
honeynoon.
She married, first, Herman Lloyd Strawn, son of David Strawn and Sarah
